Portland Premier Detailing

Portland Premier Detailing did an excellent job with my 9 year old Outback. In addition to thoroughly cleaning every nook and cranny, Evan educated me about how my sunroof redirects water and how to check if there's a leak. He fixed the rust stains on my trunk liner and made paint scratches barely visible. My car looks far better than it did after my last detail at another shop, and for a better price! Highly recommend.

This was my second time getting my car detailed with this business and they exceeded every expectation again. Evan was very thorough, professional and respectful. I have a dog that sheds a lot and it felt like I had a new car that never had a dog inside of it! I highly recommend Alpha's Auto Detailing for all your car detailing needs.

I've been looking for a car detailing specialist, and Alpha's totally knocked it out of the park. Our car looked brand new- I was stunned when I picked it up! They were even able to get some pesky scratches out. The team was very friendly and communicative the entire time. I'll be going to Alpha's for car detailing from now on.

"EDIT" So from 2 Stars to 5!! I really was only going to give them 4 because I had to take it back. They absolutely knocked it out of the park at the Clackamas store. I'm going to chalk it up to the guy at the Sellwood store was just having a bad day(read below). ;) It is literally back to showroom and wasn't expecting that good. I threw them another $100 because now it looks like a $500 job rather than a $200 job for $375. Great bunch of guys and very willing to make it right if something is wrong. I would highly recommend!!! I have a black BMW which I know black is a pain in the @$$. But as soon as I got it home and looked at in the sun light I could see a bunch of swirl marks. Don't get me wrong it looks a lot better than it did and they got most of the blemishes out but I guess I was hoping for more since how high rated they are. For $375 it's an ok job nothing special. 🤷 I'm now editing this from 3 to 2 stars. Just went out tonight and put a flashlight to it and there are dull spots next to clean spots. took a real close look and there's missed spots all over it. I will be calling tomorrow to see how they want to resolve this. Stars may go up or to just 1. For almost $400...

I could not be happier with results of the Full, Complete Detail my truck received at Alpha’s Auto Detail. Ricardo did a truly outstanding job on both the interior and exterior and his attention to detail honestly blew me away (my dash clock was a couple of hours off and Ricardo noticed and actually set it to the correct time!). The interior looks and feels brand new and the exterior paint is simply gleaming. Given obvious care and attention to detail, I can wholeheartedly say it was worth every penny - I even had a hard time getting out of the truck when I got home because it is so nice to be in!
